The number one amenity of any or our locations is the beach. All of ourcondos sit on beautiful uncrowded white sand beaches. The locals call the Hawaiian Princess beach "Turtle Beach" because of the many sea turtles are spotted in the cove. A coral reef protects the water at Pat's at Punalu'u so the ocean is almost always calm. Both areas are great for snorkeling. Our condo at the Kona Reef overlooks Honl's Beach where boogie boarding was invented. The Kauai Beach Resort sits on the longest walking beach on the island and the Ko'Olina Beach Villas sits on one of four spectacular snorkeling lagoons. You may spot dolphins from your private lanai or, in the winter months, watch for whales. The sunrise at Pat's and the Kauai Beach resort is the perfect way to begin the day and the sunset over the ocean each evening at the Princess, the Kona Reef and the Ko'Olina Beach Villas is nothing short of breathtaking.
