The number one amenity of all of our properties is location, location, location. Our accommodations sit on beautiful uncrowded white sand beaches. The locals call the Hawaiian Princess beach "Turtle Beach" because of the many sea turtles are spotted in the cove. A coral reef protects the water at Pat's at Punalu'u so the ocean is almost always calm. Both areas are great for snorkeling. Our Kona Reef condo is close to town and shopping and turtles visit the beach almost on a daily basis. The Kauai Beach Resort sits on a three mile stretch of remote beach, the longest on the island. Many tropical fish and aquatic creatures inhabit the waters in front of our condos. You may spot dolphins from your private lanai or, in the winter months, watch for whales. The sunrise at Pat's and the Kauai Beach Resort is the perfect way to begin the day and the sunset over the ocean each evening at the Princess and the Kona Reef is breathtaking.
