DELUXE BEACHFRONT PENTHOUSE ON THE NORTH SHORE

Located on the North Shore of Oahu, our spacious beachfront penthouse condo is about 30 miles from Waikiki and the Honolulu International Airport and a world away from the crowds. It is close enough to spend the day in town shopping and visiting other tourist attractions, yet far enough away to feel like you are really in paradise.

The penthouse has been totally renovated with the best of everything. It sits on a private, reef-protected beach where on any given day, you may find that you are alone on a long stretch of a powder fine, white sand beach. The reef provides a barrier from the popular big waves of the North Shore and also provides a variety of fish and marine life for snorkeling. There complex has a fresh water swimming pool, outdoor shower, exercise room, sauna and a picnic area.

From 8th floor wrap-around lanai in the living room, you have a breathtaking, palm-dotted view of the pristine beach and ocean. A wall of mirrors in the living room extends the spectacular view so that it can be appreciated from both the living room and the kitchen.

The kitchen has been designed with the best of everything. It includes stainless steel appliances including a fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, microwave and a Jenn-Air range with built-in grill. The sparkling, Stellar Marine Siltstone countertops and glossy white cabinets were designed to reflect the colors of the outdoor environment and bring a bit of it inside.

If you can take your eyes off of the view, the living room and kitchen area also have a 27 inch TV with DVD player, VCR and even a media card reader to share the day’s photos in a big way.

The condo has been designed to offer both children and adults time "away". The two upstairs suites were designed for adults and provide a retreat from the little ones. The downstairs bedroom can be converted to another adult room with a king bed or set aside as the kids’ hangout.

The Hibiscus Suite is ocean-side on the 9th floor. It is furnished with a massive plantation style, tropical four poster bed, nightstands, armoire and dresser. There is also a wet bar complete with a sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The suite also features a wrap-around lanai with lounger for relaxing and taking in all of the beauty of the ocean and if you are up early enough, you will be treated to the golden rays of the sun as it greets another day in paradise.

The Plumeria Suite is also on the 9th floor, mountainside and decorated with a South Seas theme of bamboo and mahogany. It features a Balinese-style king bed and matching furniture. The Plumeria Suite its own "Zen Den" from which you can view waterfalls coursing there way back to the sea after rainstorms. There is also a step down mountain-side lanai.

Each suite has a 27 inch television with DVD player, VCR and a media reader. The suites share a large bathroom decorated in bamboo, a tiled corner shower and Siltstone countertops.

Downstairs the kids will be treated to their very own North Shore bedroom with a painted mural complete with a Woody. The surfboard beds with grass skirts add to the flavor of the room. The North Shore bedroom can sleep four little surfers with 2 twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request) and a loveseat, ottoman futon that converts to a full-size bed. Just in case your party is a little larger, the condo also has a sofa sleeper in the living room and a portable crib available on request. The downstairs bathroom also features Siltstone countertops and a Jacuzzi bathtub.

The condo is only five miles from the number one tourist attraction on Oahu - the Polynesian Cultural Center - and a short, 20-minute drive to the winter surfing competition at the "Banzai Pipeline" and "Sunset Beach." The Koalau Ranch were many episodes of "Lost" are filmed as well as classic blockbusters such Jurassic Park is a short 10 minute drive away. And.. you are 45-minutes from the night life of Waikiki or snorkeling at Hanauma Bay.

The condo also has a new front-loading large capacity washer and dryer, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed wireless Internet, stereo and lots of books - including many guidebooks to Hawaii. We also provide beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment, ice chest and other items for your trips to the beach. All you need is your sun screen and swimsuits.

We have spared nothing in making this condo one of the best on the island.
